The insurance packs cover all manufacturers of notebook and netbook computing devices from Acer through to Zoostorm and are backed by an insurance guarantee. If we cannot fix the item under the agreement (i.e. we cant get parts, or the parts cost is greater than the cost of the device when new) the device will be replaced with a brand new unit of equivalent value. – there is no other insurance package in the UK that will give this level of support! There are two types of insurance, AR – All risks. This insurance protects against accidental damage AND theft. AD insurance is accidental damage only and does not cover theft. Pricing below.
