MendIT have the official accreditation with HP directly to be able to offer in warranty (with or without carepaq service agreement) and out of warranty fast response service on all HP servers and storage equipment. We have the ability to obtain parts within hours not days from any one of over 50 authorised HP PUDO’s (Pick Up Drop Of locations) across the UK. We have fully trained engineers on hand to offer 2 hr, 4hr, 8hr SLA* services directly to you regardless of where you purchase the equipment from.
Our helpdesk personnel will fully diagnose the fault by offering telephone assistance for free (if in warranty), we will remotely log-in to your server for free (if in warranty) and if we can’t fix remotely we will send an engineer to site for free with parts to fix the problem.
Don’t worry if your server or SAN is not covered by the manufacturers warranty – the MendIT team will look after you in the exact same way as we do with warranty repairs. We have all the key accreditations and skills to repair your server or SAN, so we can offer the same staff and service levels as you would experience with a warranty repair. Where we differ to our competition is that because we have the accreditations and training it means we can offer a fixed labour fee for the repair and we can take advantage of super low cost parts direct from the manufacturers – which other none accredited repair centres cannot.
